Annie had been waiting at the end of the hall until he was done and then had waited a little longer. It was obvious that he was feeling some stress, so she waited until he'd rubbed for several seconds before striding down the hall toward him.
She flashed a smile here and another there before coming to a stop at his side. Running a hand down his free arm, she squeezed gently when she got to his wrist. "You did good."
