Did he do it on purpose? Oh yes. He did it constantly to rattle her. She was a CIA agent and he was a lawyer. Maybe he found it a tiny bit funny that he could make her skin crawl just with a few select motions. Then again she had the ability to do the exact same thing to him as well. He had to chalk that up to being in a relationship. A very, very, very hot one. Once he did move it would be extremely difficult for them to ever do work at all. He had a funny feeling he'd be late constantly. Oh well.
He tried to remain as calm and collected as humanly possibly, but those wonderful lips were working there way along his jaw and he was losing focus. He could keep this though. He was on a winners high. He could keep that collected demeanor. He had to work at it. Like everything else. He glanced in her direction from the corner of his eye and smiled slowly. "I have a few things to wrap up. Why do you ask?"
